Questions parents ask
How does the free trial work?
For 3 days you get all of Standard for up to 4 children; AI tutor replies are not included. After the trial a plan is needed to keep learning.
How do I cancel?
On the web, go to Parent Area, Account, Plan & billing, then Manage billing; on Android, use your Google Play subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How many children can use one subscription?
Up to 4 children on every plan, each with their own profile and progress.
What is Max, the AI tutor?
Max is the in-app maths buddy, and built-in hints are free on every plan. On an AI plan, Max answers with AI; personal details are removed first and messages are not used to train AI (privacy policy).
How do I delete our account and data?
